Robert Bosch LLC seeks Manufacturing Engineer- SR (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1010 Scotts Bridge Rd, Anderson, SC 29621. Oversee and optimize the ceramic slurry manufacturing process and the kiln solidification process to ensure efficiency and product quality. Handle equipment procurement, process documentation, and release testing to maintain high manufacturing standards. Specialize in ceramic coating of oxygen sensors. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Thermo Shock Protection Manufacturing Engineer or in an occupation involving process improvements in manufacturing and development. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Ceramic coatings, kilns, or slurry-based manufacturing processes; (2) TS/ISO/IA TF quality management systems; (3) Equipment procurement, validation, and release testing; (4) Statistical analysis, process optimization, and quality improvement methodologies; (5) Process engineering in manufacturing and development; and (6) Statistical analysis, DOE, SPC, and process optimization.
