Standard Job DescriptionGrand Prairie is looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer. In this position you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the functional areas. Daily activities include; reviewing baseline process data, identifying process constraints, and generating detailed plans to increase throughput and yield. This position will require a strong technical foundation, and ability to collaborate across functions to optimize production. Looking for someone who can help to be a liason between NC programming and the shop floor in an effort to optimize machining processes.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering technology or similar technical field
3+ years supporting manufacturing processes
Experience with process optimization
Experience with capital projects
Desired SkillsNC machining experience
Knowledge of welding, ceramics, sheet metal, and assembly processes
Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team
Ability to communicate technical topics
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
