Position OverviewInternational is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Lead - Maintenance. This is a fully proficient, independent professional level within the Professional Track. The role is responsible for driving results through advanced subject matter expertise, solving complex problems, and continuously improving processes and services. Employees at this level work with minimal guidance and exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve key outcomes. This is a primary career level where professionals may comfortably stabilize and grow long-term.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies.
- Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
- Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in product manufacturing
OR
- Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in product manufacturing
OR
- At least 5 years of experience in product manufacturing

- Experience w/ EAM & CMMS softwares
- Experience executing FMEA & developing action plans based on the findings
- Knowledge & experience with data collection & analysis of maintenance related KPI’s – MTF, MTR, TA, OPE, etc
- Knowledge & experience with preventive & predictive maintenance methods & technologies
- Project planning & management
- Contract/contractor management
