About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience supporting large-scale, multi-process manufacturing environments, including sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly operations, and HVAC equipment manufacturing. This role combines Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and project management expertise to execute process improvements and capital equipment implementations from concept through production startup.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and sustain manufacturing processes across fabrication, welding, assembly, and HVAC production.
• Drive productivity improvements through labor analysis, line balancing, workstation design, and material flow optimization.
• Analyze plant capacity requirements and support labor planning initiatives.
• Lead capital projects from scope definition through installation and commissioning.
• Create equipment ROI justifications and implementation plans.
• Support new product introduction, BOMs, routings, and engineering changes.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Engineering experience.
• Experience in large-scale multi-process manufacturing environments.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, assembly, welding, and/or HVAC manufacturing.
• Experience executing projects from concept through implementation.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, labor planning, and process optimization.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Data Center, HVAC, Modular Construction, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Equipment manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma certification.
• ERP/MRP experience.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - $93,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
