Summary
You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
- Develop and test automated and manual systems.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria.
- Collaborate with Quality Control Teams Teams to ensure products ensure products meet established standards.
- Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services,
- Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements.
- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations.
- Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses.
- Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinator plans, resolving manufacturing issues, and continuously improving production effectiveness and performance.
Basic Qualifications- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies.
Education and Experience- A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three to five years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering.
