Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams
• Experienced in identifying process improvements and efficiency gains
• Familiar with capital project updates and engineering improvements
• Knowledge of safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering improvements and capital updates for production processes
• Collaborate with R&D on product and process enhancements
• Apply statistical process control to ensure effective processes
• Serve as gatekeeper for process capability before product launches
• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to boost efficiency
• Standardize processes across operations for consistency
• Monitor key metrics for departmental performance and accountability
• Act as a technical resource for stakeholders
• Contribute to annual operating plans and manage budgets
• Ensure compliance with standard work and safety practices
• Provide support and direction to supervisors and team leaders
