Position Overview: As our Manufacturing Data Analyst, you will use your expanding knowledge of manufacturing data, reporting tools, and business processes to develop reliable reporting and analytics that support daily operations and continuous improvement. You will analyze standard data and reporting issues, evaluate possible solutions using technical experience and established practices, and partner with manufacturing and functional teams to deliver accurate, useful information.

Your Day to Day as a Manufacturing Data Analyst: - Develop an understanding of key manufacturing business processes, business drivers, and information needs to support assigned reporting and analytics work.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and related tools within established standards and practices.
- Retrieve, validate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support standard business and operational requirements.
- Support automation of recurring reporting and data tasks using established tools and processes.
- Troubleshoot standard data, reporting, and automation issues by evaluating possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
- Support data integration, data quality, and reusable data structures to improve the accuracy and consistency of team deliverables.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of how data flows across SAP, SAP BW, and other business systems and document established processes and data relationships.
- Validate data, metrics, and business rules with subject matter experts to ensure the quality and accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Identify and recommend practical opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve established reporting processes.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation of reporting and data solutions within established guidelines and policies.
- Manage assigned work and priorities through established intake and prioritization processes, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, business, IT, and data teams to understand requirements, resolve standard issues, and support reporting and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear documentation, share knowledge with team members, and provide guidance to new associates on established tools, reports, and processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in an applicable field required; typically, a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate standard issues using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
- Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related area, with the ability to continue developing additional technical capabilities.
- Working knowledge of data and reporting tools and the ability to apply established practices to assigned work.
- Ability to understand key business drivers and translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements.
- Ability to work with, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy and data quality.
- High attention to accuracy and detail with accountability for the quality of assigned work and contributions to team deliverables.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes, requirements, and solutions effectively.
- Ability to prioritize assigned work, collaborate effectively, and perform responsibilities with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to continue developing technical skills, business knowledge, and capabilities within the discipline.
- Experience with ETL, data integration, data pipelines, data warehousing, data modeling, or programming/scripting is preferred.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW, ERP systems, manufacturing operations, or recurring production reporting is preferred.
- Experience with data quality, master data, governance, data lineage, process mapping, agile tools, process automation, or continuous improvement is preferred.

Pay: $70,000 - $103,000
The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $103,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
