Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst / Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with 3-10 years of software testing experience and mandatory hands-on experience with Agentic AI. This opportunity is ideal for a QA professional who combines traditional software testing expertise with emerging AI technologies to improve test coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
The client is actively seeking candidates who can demonstrate practical experience applying Agentic AI and Generative AI to software quality assurance, along with strong SQL, test management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must Haves
3-10 years of professional software quality assurance experience, including test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
Hands-on Agentic AI experience (required), with demonstrated ability to utilize AI agents or agent-based workflows to support testing activities, validate results, and improve QA productivity.
Generative AI experience, using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or comparable platforms to accelerate test case creation, test data preparation, and QA documentation.
