This leader will ensure Gartner’s highest-value content, including Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs), Client Journeys, Market Coverage, Magic Quadrants and Critical Capabilities, AI Content, First Takes, Take Two, and enterprise themes, is intentionally orchestrated across every client-facing channel to maximize client engagement, commercial impact, and business value.

Ensuring our Vendor and AI content continue to set Gartner apart as the World Authority on AI.

  • Establish a repeatable operating model that determines what content should be promoted, where it should appear, when it should be activated, and how each function across Gartner contributes to its success.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Conferences, Product, Gartner.com, Communications, and Public Relations to create a synchronized promotion strategy that dramatically expands the reach and influence of Gartner’s research.

  • Ensure Gartner’s highest-value insights are consistently surfaced throughout the client journey, from digital discovery and marketing campaigns to sales conversations, service interactions, conferences, media engagement, and webinars.

  • Lead partner with GSSO on workstreams related to driving Sales and Service conviction in Gartner as the World Authority on AI. Ensuring our best AI content, strong AI positions, and top AI assets are well positioned for frontline associates, and they are trained in how to drive those with clients.
