Black Forest Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Doctor with outstanding leadership abilities and a proven track record in driving practice growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, managing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent patient care, and meeting revenue and performance goals. Established in the 1980s, Black Forest Veterinary Clinic has been an integral part of the community for decades. Our team comprises four experienced veterinarians who are committed to providing progressive medicine and the highest standard of care for the cats and dogs we serve. Supported by a highly skilled team of veterinary technicians and support staff, we ensure every pet receives compassionate, personalized care as if they were our own. Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of pets in the Black Forest and surrounding areas by emphasizing preventive care, education, and long-term wellness. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and co-manage a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals alongside a hospital manager, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee clinical operations to ensure optimal patient care, quality standards, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with hospital manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and optimize processes to increase productivity and streamline workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice policies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve practice performance.


Competitive annual base salary for fulltime: 120,000-150,000 base plus production based on experience and bonus potential
