Location: DeFuniak Springs, FL

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000/year (based on experience)

We're offering a sign-on bonus for the right leader to join our growing practice as Managing Veterinarian and help guide our hospital into its next exciting chapter.

With nearly 40 years of service to the Walton County community, our full-service, two-doctor small animal hospital has earned a loyal following-and we're just getting started. We're looking for a motivated DVM with strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a love for both medicine and mentorship.

Your Role as Managing DVM

As our new Managing Veterinarian, you'll bring both clinical excellence and inspiring leadership to our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing medical and non-medical operations
• Mentoring and supporting associate veterinarians
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices
• Leading by example in surgery, dentistry, and patient care
• Fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
