Hands-on experience with QoE and FDD deliverables

Soni is partnering with a growing financial services firm seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Services Manager to support and lead buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements.
This is a hands-on role focused on financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, and transaction analysis. The ideal candidate can independently perform the work, manage client relationships, and help grow the practice over time.
Responsibilities:
Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Prepare and review Quality of Earnings analyses
Analyze EBITDA, working capital, revenue, margins, and other key deal metrics
Review and normalize financial information

Requirements:
5+ years of Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings experience
Public accounting / transaction services background
Buy-side and sell-side experience
Experience working with privately held businesses
Prior mentoring or leadership exposure
Compensation: $220,000 - $235,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
