Manager, Total Rewards - Benefits, you will lead the operations, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits programs that support employees' health, well-being, and financial future.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the operations, administration, and enhancement of employee benefits programs.
- Oversee retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and deferred compensation programs.
- Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, recordkeepers, and other benefit vendors.
- Assist with negotiating contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure service excellence.
- Develop cost-management strategies while maintaining competitive, employee-focused benefits.
- Partner with Finance, HR leadership, and key stakeholders on planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits and retirement plan regulations.
- Analyze program performance, utilization trends, and market data to support informed decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Drive employee benefits education and communication initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Progressive leadership experience in benefits, total rewards, or compensation and benefits.
- Deep expertise in retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and deferred compensation programs.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Proven ability to implement cost-saving strategies while enhancing the employee experience.
- Knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
