Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Ensures training instructions, courses, and programs are delivered using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model, and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process in accordance with INPO requirements.
Ensures training records and qualification/certification information are recorded and maintained.
Periodically observes classroom training, mock-up training, and OJT and provides constructive, critical feedback.
Periodically observes worker job activities to identify potential performance problems, to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training, and to determine if additional training is needed.
Supports the Training Oversight structure/process by providing technical area expertise in the area of training.
What You'll Bring

Total Rewards Package
Salary: $115,000- $156,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
