Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Ensures training instructions, courses, and programs are delivered using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) model, and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process in accordance with INPO requirements.
  • Ensures training records and qualification/certification information are recorded and maintained.
  • Periodically observes classroom training, mock-up training, and OJT and provides constructive, critical feedback.
  • Periodically observes worker job activities to identify potential performance problems, to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training, and to determine if additional training is needed.
  • Supports the Training Oversight structure/process by providing technical area expertise in the area of training.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge in a relevant project management environment.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $115,000- $156,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
