Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• CPA License
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a mix of corporate tax and public accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings through structured reports
• Review tax return preparations for accuracy and compliance
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify tax issues and implement solutions
• Drive client service excellence by fostering long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
• Support client growth through strategic planning and business development
• Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Contribute to business development by assisting with proposals and client acquisition
