Manager, Supply Chain Learning and Enablement

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Learning and Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support effective use of ERP and supply chain systems across the organization. This role acts as the primary owner of supply chain systems learning and adoption, ensuring employees possess the knowledge and skills required to execute business processes accurately and efficiently. The position partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Human Resources to support onboarding, system implementations, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational change efforts. The role develops training curricula, facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, measures training effectiveness, conducts compliance audits, and supports change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Strategy & Curriculum Development
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive role-based training materials and programs for ERP and supply chain systems.
  • Create learning roadmaps for new hires and existing employees.
  • Maintain training standards and learning governance.
  • Ensure all training materials reflect current system and process standards.
  • New Hire Training
  • Coordinate onboarding training programs.
  • Deliver systems and process training to new employees.
  • Assess trainee competency and readiness.
  • Partner with managers to ensure successful onboarding completion.
  • Change Management Support
  • Support projects involving ERP implementations, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, digital transformation projects, and organizational process changes.

  • Training Compliance & Auditing
  • Conduct regular training compliance audits.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, systems, training, or related business functions
  • Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience, with hands-on experience supporting or training users in JD Edwards (JDE) and/or SAP Environments
  • Experience developing and maintaining training content, job aids, and learning materials
  • Experience facilitating both instructor-led classroom training and virtual learning sessions
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP-enabled business operations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Human Resource stakeholders
