You'll craft short form copy where jll.com needs it, from headers to page summaries, and advise marketing teams across functions and geographies on how to create content that meets SEO/GEO requirements, optimized for visibility. Further, this role will recommend content to address trending topics and content gaps that need to be created.

This role sits at the intersection of SEO/GEO and hands-on content creation, working with our SEO/GEO strategy lead, who sets the direction you'll execute against.

  • Identify content gaps and cannibalization across jll.com and support authors across our Content, Business Lines and Field Marketing teams to get missing content added to editorial content calendars.

• Advise marketing teams across functions on how to develop content for visibility, whether that content lives on jll.com, or not.
  • Work with our SEO/GEO strategy lead and technical delivery partners to make sure content reflects technical requirements, flagging and fixing content-side issues as needed.

• Monitor content performance and perform quarterly audits to identify content decay and optimization, consolidation and pruning actions to optimize crawl budget and maintain content health.
  • Partner with Social media, Communications and Paid Media teams on content opportunities and ensure new content on jll.com is amplified at publication.

  • 5+ years' experience in SEO and writing and optimizing content for the web (including optimization of media and image alt text), with a track record of organic search andAI visibility performance gains
  • Self-starter who is comfortable navigating large matrixed organizations
  • A passion for SEO/GEO/AEO and how content gets crawled, indexed and retrieved by search engines and AI systems, staying up to date with latest SEO/AI search research and impacts of algorithm and model updates.
  • Experience analyzing content performance (organic and AI traffic, engagement) and translating findings into a clear story that drives content decisions.
  • Experience partnering and educating editorial/brand/content teams to adopt content best practices to meet SEO/GEO requirements and brand standards before publishing.
  • Experience partnering with business-line or cross-functional stakeholders to refine content for a global corporate website.
