Location: California

The salary range for this role, based in Los Angeles, is $139,500.00 to $174,400.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping localized growth strategies across assigned markets, with a focus on footprint states. This position brings together strategic planning, investment optimization, and market activation to ensure brand priorities connect with consumer opportunities and commercial objectives. Working across Sales, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Distributor partners, and Field teams, you will transform national strategies into impactful local programs that drive visibility, trial, conversion, and business results. What you'll do

Strategic Planning & Commercial Alignment
  • Lead annual, quarterly, and cyclical field marketing planning for assigned markets, aligning strategies to consumer insights, business performance metrics, competitive trends, and local market opportunities.
  • Own the area marketing planning process, including executive summaries, program rollups, investment planning, and performance recaps.
  • Partner with Commercial Sales and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize advertising and promotion (A&P) investments to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting, budget management, and execution processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and consistency.


Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute market-specific activation plans that translate national brand priorities into impactful local programs.
  • Provide oversight of priority initiatives, monitoring performance, market readiness, and execution quality while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish clear objectives, timelines, accountability measures, and post-program learning processes to strengthen execution across markets.


Partnership & Experiential Marketing
  • Lead planning and oversight of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential programs that connect brand assets with local consumer engagement opportunities.
  • Guide execution of major trade events and sponsorship activations within focus markets.
  • Evaluate sponsorship effectiveness through detailed recaps, measuring execution quality, commercial impact, and future opportunities.


Distributor Engagement & Commercial Planning
  • Lead distributor planning sessions for assigned markets, aligning partners on priorities, programs, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Serve as a key Field Marketing representative in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews, and strategic planning forums.
  • Ensure distributor communication and execution remain aligned with business objectives and activation requirements.


Commercial Recaps & Reporting
  • Compile and analyze performance results for priority programs, innovations, and market initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for future planning.
  • Develop concise business recaps that highlight key learnings, successes, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Maintain reporting cadences and performance tracking processes that support continuous improvement and informed investment decisions.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Sales, or related consumer packaged goods or beverage alcohol industries.
  • Demonstrated experience developing commercial marketing strategies, managing advertising and promotion (A&P) investments, and driving measurable business results.
  • Strong knowledge of distributor planning, customer engagement, and On-Premise, Off-Premise, and Chain channel strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead complex initiatives across Sales, Brand, Distributor, and Field teams.
  • Experience leading large-scale activations, sponsorships, business reviews, and performance reporting.
