The Manager, SAP Go-to-Market (GTM) Solutions leads the strategy, design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of SAP-enabled capabilities supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash, Sales, Service, and related customer processes. This role manages and develops a team of SAP functional professionals, establishes solution and delivery standards, and partners with leaders across Sales Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain. The manager is accountable for translating business priorities into a scalable product roadmap, governing architecture and integrations across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, DMS, MES, PLM, and middleware solutions, and ensuring reliable delivery, adoption, and operational performance.
Primary Responsibilities
Solution Strategy, Architecture & Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SAP functional leads and analysts responsible for GTM capabilities across Order-to-Cash, Sales, Service, and adjacent business processes.
• Own the SAP GTM solution roadmap and translate business strategy, operational priorities, and regulatory needs into sequenced initiatives, investment requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish architecture and design governance for SAP S/4HANA solutions covering sales orders, deliveries, pricing, credit management, billing, service contracts, warranty, field service, repairs, and related master data.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Remarketing, Service, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to align requirements, resolve trade-offs, and secure timely decisions.
• Ensure scalable integration and data orchestration across SAP and connected platforms, including Salesforce, CPQ, DMS, MES, PLM, SAP CPI, Workato, and other enterprise services.
• Define functional standards, design principles, documentation expectations, and reusable solution patterns to improve quality, consistency, and maintainability.
Delivery & Execution
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the SAP GTM portfolio, including scope, roadmap, budget, resource planning, dependencies, risks, quality, and business outcomes.
• Direct solution design and configuration activities across SAP S/4HANA SD and related modules, ensuring designs meet enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and supportability standards.
• Coordinate functional leads, architects, developers, integration teams, data teams, testing teams, and business process owners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Oversee functional specifications and delivery of RICEFW objects, integrations, conversions, workflows, and Fiori experiences; ensure requirements are traceable through design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Establish delivery governance, status reporting, decision forums, release readiness criteria, and escalation paths; communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors, including capacity planning, deliverable quality, financial performance, adherence to standards, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Own testing strategy, User Acceptance Testing, cutover readiness, data migration oversight, deployment, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support.
• Define and monitor service levels, operational metrics, controls, and support processes to maintain stable and reliable GTM operations.
Optimization & Modernization
• Build a continuous-improvement roadmap using SAP Fiori, workflow automation, analytics, and emerging capabilities to simplify work and improve the user experience.
• Use business and operational metrics to identify process bottlenecks, control gaps, recurring support issues, and opportunities across quote-to-cash, sales, service, warranty, and parts lifecycles.
• Partner with business leaders to define value cases, adoption plans, success measures, and benefit realization for major investments and process changes.
• Shape S/4HANA upgrade, cloud, and RISE with SAP roadmaps while balancing innovation, technical debt, business continuity, cost, and organizational readiness.
• Maintain awareness of SAP product direction and relevant GTM technology trends, recommending practical innovations that align with enterprise strategy.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Category Qualifications
Experience
15+ years of SAP experience across SD, Order-to-Cash, MM, PP, and related modules, including leadership of SAP teams and at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
Technical Depth
Deep functional and solution leadership experience across sales order processing, pricing and taxation, billing and invoicing, credit management, service contracts, warranty management, field service, repairs, and related end-to-end GTM processes.
Integrations
Demonstrated experience governing complex integrations between SAP and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, DMS, PLM, MES, SAP CPI, Workato, and other middleware or cloud services.
Technical Aptitude
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to review functional specifications, guide configuration and Fiori design, understand ABAP and integration concepts, and challenge solution decisions constructively.
Soft Skills
Proven people leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore
teams, implementation partners, budgets, priorities, and delivery commitments.
Preferred Skills Exposure to SAP Subscription Billing, SAP Service Cloud, and revenue recognition for sales, service parts, and warranty processes. Understanding of modern productivity, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and agentic AI use cases for customer and service operations. SAP S/4HANA certification in Order-to-Cash, Sales, or Service is preferred; experience leading global SAP transformation or modernization programs is highly desirable.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$142,200-$208,560 USD
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
