Full Job Description
Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Manager of Sales Analytics to serve as a key analytical partner to the sales organization. This is an individual contributor role. You will have significant influence over how the business operates, using data to guide decisions that directly affect sales performance and revenue outcomes.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of data and strategy. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the reports and dashboards that sales leadership relies on daily, but the job doesn't stop at reporting. You'll be expected to dig into the "why" behind the numbers surfacing trends, diagnosing performance gaps, and identifying opportunities that aren't immediately obvious from a surface-level view of the data. From there, you'll work directly with sales leadership to shape strategy: informing decisions, agent performance initiatives, and process improvements.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys ownership and wants their analytical work to have visible, tangible impact. You'll move fluidly between hands-on data work (writing queries, building dashboards, validating data integrity) and higher-level strategic conversations with sales leadership about where the business should focus next. Success in this role means sales leaders trust your insights, come to you with open-ended business questions, and treat you as a thought partner rather than just a report-builder.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs, conversion rates, agent productivity, pipeline health, and other core metrics
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to shape strategy and performance improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses (e.g., funnel performance, agent efficiency, campaign effectiveness) to answer strategic business questions
  • Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
  • Monitor key metrics proactively, flagging anomalies or emerging trends before they become problems
  • Continuously improve reporting infrastructure, dashboard usability, and data accessibility for sales stakeholders
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in BI/dashboarding tools (Experience with Sigma strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations, not just reporting
  • Experience in financial services, consumer finance, or debt resolution industries a plus

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills. Comfortable presenting insights to sales leadership and influencing decision-making
  • Strong business acumen, particularly around sales funnels, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position.
