Overview:Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization & AnalyticsThe Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization and Analytics is responsible for driving change initiatives throughout the revenue cycle. This role collaborates closely with the operational leaders within the Revenue Cycle and corresponding departmental stakeholders, at the direction of the VP of Revenue Cycle, to drive meaningful and impactful change to key KPIs.
Leads project management initiatives for major program rollouts, e.g. policy changes, technology changes, and process improvements with appropriate work plans designed to guarantee success and a feedback loop to validate results. Collaborates with operational colleagues at all levels of the organization to identify issues that ensure we are solving the right issue and engaging appropriate stakeholders in our change journey.
Learns and tracks operational KPIs to ensure that we are making meaningful and significant impact to business model. Engages with operations leaders to identify gaps in data or system requirements and collaborate with appropriate business partners, IT, and Analytics leaders to best effect change. Documents business issues and gain alignment of stakeholders around the burning platform of a project and escalate items that are not moving in a timely manner.

Education- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
- In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
Certification/Licensure- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience- 2 years Management experience required
- 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
- Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to best effect change
- Strong working knowledge of EPIC
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $95,430.40 - $148,366.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
