Department: Resource Management Team
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift : Days
Pay: $35.74 - $57.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Manages the daily operations of the Resource Management Center - Scheduling team - to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Travel will be required among all regions - Northern Colorado, Denver Metro, & Southern Colorado
Experience with scheduling and payroll helpful
Responsibilities:
Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
Assesses the Quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
