A Day in the Life:The Manager Reliability is responsible for supporting multiple sites to sustain maximum equipment availability and improve overall reliability performance. This role partners closely with site leadership to identify gaps, develop and execute improvement plans, and ensure delivery of measurable results across maintenance, reliability, and asset care practices. The position plays a key role in driving reliability culture, optimizing performance, and aligning site strategies with business objectives.
This position is based at our Hamilton facility.
What You'll Be Doing:- Act as a key member of site leadership teams, driving reliability strategy, performance, and continuous improvement across 4-5 sites.
- Identify gaps in asset care and reliability performance; develop and execute tactical improvement plans.
- Improve work management practices, including planning, scheduling, and reducing reactive maintenance.
- Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using data analysis and reliability tools.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to improve asset performance.
- Support capital planning and reliability-focused project execution.
- Drive inventory and storeroom optimization, including spare parts strategy and SAP data accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics, including downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment reliability.
- Support outage planning, turnaround execution, and startup activities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to site teams to strengthen reliability capabilities and culture.
- Collaborate with vendors and predictive maintenance service providers to ensure quality support.
- Travel regularly to support assigned sites and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
Skills & Experience Requirements:- Minimum of 15 years of experience leading maintenance and reliability organizations.
- Prior regional reliability experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Strong experience with predictive maintenance technologies and reliability strategies.
- Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and improve performance across multiple sites.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and inventory management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Certifications (e.g., vibration analysis, infrared, oil analysis, SMRP) are considered an asset.
- French language capability is considered an asset.

This position is for an existing vacancy. The compensation range for this position is $117,012.00 to $131,638.50. Final compensation will be assessed based on selected candidate's skills and level of expereince. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
