Full Job Description
Quality Manager

Responsible for a quality management system, compliant with standardized requirements for assigned location(s). Leads continuous improvement programs related to quality. Leads a high-performing quality team towards achievement of departmental objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develops and maintains quality management system to ensure highest quality parts reach our customers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build and uphold effective system and related processes.
  2. Leads high-performing quality team. Trains and guides new hires and current employees.
  3. Creates and maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring expectations are met consistently.
  4. Performs quality, supplier, process, and other audits as required.
  5. Defines and executes quality departmental objectives.
  6. Monitors product quality through audits, returns, inspections, cost reports, and customer scorecards. Performs root cause failure analyses and communicates resolution to customers and internal stakeholders.
  7. Maintains an effective corrective and preventative action plan to ensure continuous improvement in quality metrics.
  8. Completes other projects as assigned.

Educational Requirements
