Job Description:The Manager of Quality Data and Analytics provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization's quality data and analytics infrastructure. This role is responsible for developing and executing analytic strategies that quantify clinical performance, ensure accurate reporting, and facilitate decision making around the organization. The Manager is accountable for leading a team of data professionals, overseeing data management platforms, and implementing modern tools that create efficiencies and facilitate data accessibility.

- Develops, implements, and sustains the organization's quality, safety, and patient experience data and analytics infrastructure aligned with strategic goals and publicly reported performance measures.
- Leads and manages a team of data analysts, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development planning.
- Oversees team architecture of data structures, metric logic, and analytic frameworks used for quality reporting and improvement programs.
- Represents the quality analytics function on organizational committees, workgroups, and governance forums as appropriate.
- Partners with executive, physician, and site-based leadership to develop and deploy reporting and analytic tools that advance organizational goals and identify opportunities.
- Prioritizes and oversees regulatory reporting activities, ensuring alignment with national standards and reporting requirements (e.g., CMS, Leapfrog, Joint Commission).
- Leads enterprise insight generation by interpreting complex analyses and performance trends to support leadership decision-making.
- Guides organizational readiness for changes in national quality programs, incorporating evolving requirements into analytic and reporting processes.
- Establishes and reinforces standards for analytic quality, documentation, and consistency across quality reporting initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or related filed required.
Experience: At least five (5) years of experience working in an academic medical center or complex healthcare environment, with at least three (3) years of progressive leadership experience required.
Certification/License Requirements: None required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams with multiple high-priority deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex clinical data and develop sophisticated analyses.
- Expert-level analytic, statistical, and visualization competencies using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, public reporting, and quality payment programs.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
