Purpose of PositionPlans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Will manage single programs or smaller multiple programs.
Tasks and Responsibilities- May need some guidance on job duties; applies learning to recommend options to address unusual situations.
- Trains other Teammates as required.
- Establishes program plan, budget, and staffing needs for each phase of assigned program(s) and works with managers and supervisors for proper assignment of program personnel.
- Reviews labor and material expenditures and manages program budget.
- Reviews progress payments.
- Confers with program staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel in support of program quality, schedule, and budget..
- Reviews status reports prepared by program personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares program reports for management, customer, or other stakeholders.
- Works with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Coordinates program activities with regulatory authorities or other governmental agencies.
- Supports published Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Processes.
Minimum Education- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
- PMP certification is required.
Minimum Experience+ 4 years' relative experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Windows and Outlook;
