About the Role: The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in aligning our products with market needs and customer expectations. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to build and evolve product marketing processes in a growing fintech environment. This individual will partner closely with technology leaders, subject matter experts, sales, marketing and operations, to bring new products, features, and enhancements to market. Key areas of focus include product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, launch planning, and customer feedback. As part of a small team, the successful candidate must be a self-starter who can create structure, gather information from multiple sources, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward. Essential Job Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Execution: Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for new products, feature releases, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate launch plans, sales enablement, communications, webinars, and supporting content to drive awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.
Sales Enablement & Content: Create and maintain product briefs, presentations, solution sheets, battlecards, competitive comparisons, website content, and other sales and customer-facing materials.
Positioning & Messaging: Own the development and evolution of personas, positioning, messaging, value propositions, and product narratives that differentiate company offerings and support business objectives.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and related discovery activities to identify market needs, customer pain points, and industry trends.
Voice of the Customer: Gather and analyze insights from customer feedback, product demonstrations, sales interactions, and roadmap discussions. Partner Marketing: Support partner marketing initiatives through the development of messaging, sales tools, content, and co-marketing activities.
