Job Description:

We are seeking a Manager, Product Management - Control Electronics to spearhead a team of Product Managers responsible for driving product strategy, lifecycle execution, and financial performance across our electronics platforms.

This role is accountable for elevating product management from individual product ownership to a coordinated, high-impact product organization, ensuring alignment with global market strategies and successful execution of product roadmaps across regions.

The Manager will oversee a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong P&L ownership, disciplined roadmap execution, and delivery of differentiated, customer-focused solutions, in close collaboration with Market Managers, Portfolio Marketing, Engineering, and Sales.

This is a global role, requiring cross-regional management and alignment within a matrix organization.

AS A MANAGER, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT-CONTROL ELECTRONICS, YOU WILL:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Product Management team.
  • Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
  • Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
  • Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Review business cases and major product investments to ensure strong returns and competitive differentiation.
  • Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to continuously improve the portfolio.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years' experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC
  • Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams
  • Strong track record of owning product P&L, delivering product growth and profitability and managing multi-product or platform portfolios
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and new product development (NPD) processes
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams


PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Experience in global product organizations
  • Experience managing platform-based product strategies
  • Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscape
  • Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization


Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person, and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
