Full Job Description
Hadassah is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly analytical professional to serve as Manager, Philanthropy Reporting, Development Administration & Special Projects. This key role supports a dynamic individual giving team by managing critical reporting, operations, data management, and special projects that drive philanthropic success. Supervises a Philanthropy Associate.

Reporting to the National Director of Development, the Manager serves as a trusted partner to Individual Giving staff, volunteer leaders, and senior leadership, ensuring the integrity of donor information, overseeing complex reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver, collaborative team member, and Salesforce expert who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team, including donor reporting, information management, and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • With the National Director, manage annual donor, and fundraising reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Develop and manage complex donor reports, donor histories, year-end reporting, Annual Report donor listings, and other high-level projects.
  • Serve as a primary resource for fundraising staff and volunteer leaders, providing donor information, troubleshooting issues, and supporting regional fundraising efforts.
  • Research and resolve complex Salesforce and donor data challenges.
  • Partner closely with the National Director of Development on departmental priorities, special projects, and operational improvements.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and mentor a Philanthropy Associate, providing guidance and oversight of work products and priorities.
  • Foster productive relationships with volunteers, fundraising professionals, and senior leadership through strong communication, diplomacy, and customer service.

Required knowledge, Education, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-10 years of nonprofit experience, including approximately 5 years in a management role.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce and strong proficiency with Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in donor reporting, financial reporting, data management, and project leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, troubleshooting complex donor and data issues.
