Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Petroleum Construction Manger to join our team. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our building project, meeting with project partners, managing supervisors, and teams. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
Meeting with teams on an ongoing basis regarding objectives and progress
Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site
Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring deadlines are meet
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations
Conduct ongoing quality inspections
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Petroleum Construction Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
