- Lead high-impact client delivery by ensuring new client implementations and existing client projects are executed successfully and on time, creating an experience that builds confidence and lasting client relationships.
- Set the standard for quality and readiness by championing disciplined testing and change-control practices that minimize defects, protect employers and participants, and support successful go-lives.
- Build stronger, more scalable ways of working by identifying waste, redundancies, and inefficiencies and developing repeatable plans and best practices that help the Professional Services team deliver consistently.
- Develop and empower a high-performing team by coaching colleagues to think critically, solve problems, understand risk, and confidently manage projects of varying size and complexity in a controlled environment.
- Own the path to successful delivery by overseeing projects, balancing resources and priorities, removing barriers, and serving as a key escalation point when complex client needs or delivery challenges arise.
- Create stronger connections across the business by partnering with Go-to-Market and Service Delivery teams to anticipate client needs, prevent or de-escalate issues, and prepare for new product capabilities and changing business demands.

- Abilities: Strong business analysis, solution design, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ year managing people or leading a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
- Location: 25% in-office hybrid (Orlando, FL; Boston, MA; Milwaukee, WI)
