Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Nursing degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing, Coding, or CDI related to hospital or physician revenue.
• Strong project management experience with analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in analyzing data and proposing process improvements, with the ability to conduct basic research.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, estimate timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Established ability to lead change and build collaborative relationships with clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure efficient revenue coding and reimbursement processes.
• Lead projects that enhance compliance and efficiency in medical record functions.
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to physicians and leadership.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on coding regulations and practices.
• Collaborate with physician leaders to align operational strategies with clinical goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD-10 CM/PCS and other coding guidelines.
