The Order Management Team Manager is responsible for managing the Order Entry and shipping staff and helps to provide customer and sales support by confirming orders and assisting operations in expediting orders. Additional responsibilities include quoting product lead times and pricing of projects, in addition to setting up of suppliers and providing financial data to the Finance Team and Stonel Management Team as needed.
Responsibilities:- Manage Order Entry and Shipping Department
- Supervise and provide support for order entry and shipping staff
- Assist with Order Entry and Order Acknowledgments
- Assist in Expediting Customer Orders
- Process Development by Collaborating with business and order management
- Sales Support on lead times, discounting & pricing for projects
- Initiate set-up of new customers and suppliers
- Create, maintain, and provide a variety of bookings, revenue, and inventory reports
- Help to provide and coordinate yearly budget activities
- Processes e-time, annual performance reviews for team
Skills Needed- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience helpful
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience with specialized business/accounting software.
- Self-motivated, well organized, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Autonomous and demonstrates initiative.
- Works well in a high-pressure environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
