Manager, Operations Integration to help turn executive strategy into real-world execution across our growing Wingstop organization.
Reporting directly to the
VP of Operations, this highly visible role will lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable processes and tools, and partner with both corporate and field leaders to ensure new programs don't just launch -
they stick.Compensation: Competitive salary + Period Bonus
Location: San Antonio Corporate Office
Travel: Approximately 30%
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation
- Turn executive direction into clear, actionable plans for restaurant teams
- Build playbooks, SOPs, presentations, communications, and training materials
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with Field Operations, Training, HR, Marketing, and IT
- Support the rollout and adoption of key Wingstop initiatives
- Spend approximately 30% of your time in the field, gathering feedback and validating execution
- Measure adoption, identify gaps, and help improve processes
- Lead special projects for executive leadership
- Create solutions that can scale across a growing restaurant organization
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou may be a great fit if you:
- Have 3-7 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, project management, training, or a related field
- Know how to take a big idea and turn it into an executable plan
- Are highly organized and can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
- Communicate confidently with both restaurant teams and executive leadership
- Are comfortable working independently and don't need step-by-step direction
- Take ownership, set priorities, and keep projects moving
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office, with AI and Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Are willing to travel approximately 30%
