About the role:
Comply is looking for a Manager, Onboarding to lead our Enterprise Onboarding Managers and deliver a best-in-class implementation experience for our most complex, high-value clients. You'll lead and grow a team of team of Enterprise Onboarding Managers who own complex, high-impact implementations of the Comply platform. You'll coach and develop the team, set the standards and playbooks they run on, and step in as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders when it counts. You'll own the health of the whole onboarding portfolio focusing on capacity, quality, timelines, and escalations and partner across Sales and Customer Success to make every handoff seamless.

What you'll do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Onboarding Managers, driving accountability and ensuring a high standard of client delivery.
- Own the onboarding portfolio for high-value, complex accounts by ensuring concurrent implementations run with consistency, quality, and minimal escalation.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning onboarding outcomes to their business objectives.
- Draft and review Statements of Work for complex or non-standard engagements
- Define scope, timelines, and success criteria, and partner with Sales and Customer Success before kickoff for seamless handoffs.
- Identify risks early, lead escalations, and drive resolution across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on onboarding KPIs (ex. time-to-value, on-time completion, team capacity, and CSAT) using GuideCX, and turn insights into resourcing and process decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes, tools, and templates, including how the team leverages GuideCX at scale.
- Ensure high-quality transitions to Customer Success through structured handoffs and success planning.
What success looks like in your first 90 days- You've built rapport with your team and taken ownership of the active onboarding portfolio and its KPIs.
- You have a clear view of team capacity, risks, and escalations, and are running a steady operating cadence.
- You've identified and started at least one process, tooling, or template improvement that raises quality or speed.
What you'll bringMust-have- 5+ years of customer onboarding or implementation experience in B2B SaaS, including 2-3 years in people management or a formal team-lead role.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and managing Statements of Work including knowledge of scope definition, deliverable alignment, and cross-functional sign-off.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream implementations and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Track record of building trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and compliance leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across video, phone, and written channels.
- Exceptional organization and prioritization, with the ability to manage team capacity and competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of data configuration, templates, and upload specifications.
Nice-to-have- Experience with Salesforce, GuideCX, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience in compliance, RegTech, or financial services.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and comfort driving change through ambiguity.
The all-in total compensation for this role is
$126,500 and
$143,000, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be
$115,000 - $130,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
