The Manager of Transfer Station is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the transfer station. This role leads site personnel, drives operational performance, ensures regulatory compliance, manages facility and budgets and promotes a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, environmental regulations, permits, and facility operating standards.
Monitor operational performance, identify trends and issues, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, service, and cost efficiency.
Oversee loading, unloading, weighing, sorting, and material movement activities to maximize throughput and customer service.
Manage facility budgets, labor, equipment utilization, maintenance programs, and operating expenses to achieve financial objectives.
Conduct incident investigations, determine root causes, and ensure appropriate corrective actions, retraining, and accountability measures are implemented.
Lead site safety initiatives, conduct regular safety meetings and training, and reinforce a safety-first culture throughout the operation.
