Position Overview:The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead the execution of Ollies recruitment across the Store Support Center and support upper leadership positions in the field and Distribution Centers. This position will be responsible for building internal relationships with the executive team and hiring managers.
Primary Responsibilities:- Partner with SVP of HR and Marketing to lead employment branding workstreams and refinement of Employee Value proposition.
- Leverage efficient recruiting processes and practices to manage high volume of fast growth retailer.
- Collaborate with sourcing vendor partners to ensure optimization of investments and products.
- Own the recruiting practice to attract and hire key talent for roles across all corporate functions in the company and senior level retail and distribution center searches.
- Partner with Executive Team, Hiring Managers, and SVP of Human Resources to identify and fill vacancies and plan for future openings.
- Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed at each stage of the interview process ensuring a positive candidate experience and build reputational value in the field for Ollies.
- Discover and research original sources to identify talent (job fairs, colleges, networking, etc.)
- Maintain accurate reports on prospective candidates and status of open positions.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately assess skill and culture fit of candidates.
- Partner with leaders to determine appropriate development plans for critical talent.
- Maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions.
- Partner with Training and hiring manager to ensure effective Onboarding of new hires. Conduct check-in touch bases with new hires during their first 30 days.
- Manage special talent projects as needed. Focus on talent acquisition technology and manage the ATS.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
- Manage corporate recruiting budget.
- Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; retail experience required.
- Experience working in-house at a brand is preferred.
- Collaborative, consultative style with a strong ability to establish trust and build relationships across all levels and functions of the organization.
- Must be patient and able to work with employees across all areas of the business.
- Innovative tools to find the right people - new techniques welcome.
- Self-motivated to fill positions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively on a team.

- Experience with a fast growth organization highly preferred
- Strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working in ATS.
