The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $133,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Design and operationalize the enterprise Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.
- Define supplier segmentation, governance cadence, and engagement standards, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Ensure SRM activities are embedded into category and procurement rhythms.
- Establish and oversee supplier scorecards across service, quality, cost, innovation, and risk dimensions.
- Lead performance review processes and partner with category teams to drive corrective actions.
- Track performance trends and systemic issues across the supplier base.
- Own escalation management for critical supplier issues affecting business continuity or performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal.
- Ensure root cause analyses and sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
- Lead supplier development initiatives to strengthen supplier partnerships and drive continuous improvement.
- Enable joint business planning initiatives.
- Enable supplier-led innovation programs.
- Drive incremental value beyond cost through collaboration and performance improvement.
- Provide executive-ready insights on supplier performance trends and risks.
- Prepare materials for leadership reviews and supplier executive engagements.
- Use analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Education and Experience- 6-8 years' experience in Supplier Management, Supplier Relationship Management programs, operations-facing sourcing, or governance leadership.
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing supplier performance programs, including scorecards, Quarterly Business Reviews, and improvement plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
