  • Perform managerial duties related to Hospital and Medical Staff Services Policies and Procedures

  • Collaborate with clinical operations to align resources for quality initiatives
  • Guide and oversee during regulatory surveys, writing and developing plans for correction as needed
  • Create sustainable measures of success for quality improvements

Job Summary and Qualifications

  • You will perform a variety of managerial duties which require a substantial knowledge of Hospital and Medical Staff Services Policies and Procedures, and tools in Quality Management
  • As a member of the management team, you will participate in the development and implementation of hospital-wide plans, goals and objectives
  • You shall have organizational responsibility for various operational functions in the Quality Department, including but not limited to survey readiness, regulatory functions, and peer review
  • You will work at the direction of the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation in execution of the Hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan
  • You will work closely with HCA Clinical Operations, Quality and Patient Safety to leverage corporate programs, tools and methodologies, align resources and drive participation in HCA regulatory and quality initiatives
  • You will assist in providing direction and oversight during regulatory surveys/ visits, writing and developing collaborative and comprehensive plans of correction as appropriate, and creating sustainable measures of success if indicated

What qualifications you will need:
