Description
Carter Healthcare's Professional Service Coordinators (PSCs) represent Carter Healthcare in activities involving, but not limited to, professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurses' associations, state and county medical societies to familiarize them with the availability of Carter Healthcare's services. Additionally, the PSCs also implements programs and protocols that provide improved home health care services.
The PSC will serve as a public awareness representative for the Carter Healthcare and will be responsible for public education relative to home health services available through Carter Healthcare and payer sources and methodologies for obtaining such services. The PSC will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding referral and admission goals as set by their manager with approval from senior management.
You will be well compensated with a base plus incentive structure, along with insurance benefits, 401(k) with matching, and more. Previous home health sales experience is preferred, but talent and demonstrated healthcare sales performance is equally important.
