Full Job Description
We are excited to announce that we have an opening in our Clarksburg, MD office for a Pricing Manager. This role reports to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of cost and pricing models using MS Excel or ProPricer in support of Thales pricing activities. These models will support proposal teams, stand-alone pricing requests and price list maintenance and will be used to gain approval from senior management.
  • Generate FAR compliant pricing volumes for submittal in response to Government RFPs, support DCAA/DCMA audits and support customer fact finding requests.
  • Leads Apply pricing expertise and input to strategy while representing Finance as the lead member on proposal teams.
  • Leads pricing activities for company manufactured hardware, engineering development efforts and services.
  • Interact with individuals from business development, program management, contracts, engineering and compliance to ensure pricing models are flexible and compliant.
  • Leads all phases of the proposal process from proposal development through negotiations.
  • Leads and support finance team with monthly reports and ad hoc requests for financial analysis.
  • Coordinates and works with Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President's and Finance counterparts on various ad hoc financial analyses.

  • 10+ years of pricing experience, preferably with US Gov't Defense contracts.
  • BA/BS in business/finance or related field.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline sensitive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, with expert capabilities in Excel.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines and stressful situations.
  • Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.

The annualized pay range for this role is $137,015.10 to $175,074.85 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 10%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
