The HSE Manager provides strategic and operational Health, Safety, and Environmental leadership for an assigned operating company (OpCo) or business unit. This position partners closely with operations leadership to ensure effective implementation of HSE programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The HSE Manager serves as the primary HSE resource for the business, providing guidance, coaching, and support to Senior HSE Coordinators and field operations while aligning business-specific needs with corporate HSE standards.
What it takes?- 5+ years of experience within safety role or industry
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- OSHA 500 Certification
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs 75% of the time nationwide.
