Minimum Requirements - Minimum of 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance or operations in a complex environment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience overseeing skilled trades or maintenance staff.
- Demonstrated experience working in a unionized environment and administering collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience managing 24/7 operations and emergency response functions.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities infrastructure, and maintenance practices.
- Experience with CMMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
