Overview The Manager of Enterprise Systems is responsible for leading the company's technology platform to support business performance, scalability, and execution speed. This role serves as a strategic partner to the business, aligning systems, vendors, and technology investments with company priorities while driving measurable improvements through automation, AI, and system optimization.
Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Business Alignment
Own, shape, and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning priorities with business needs and long-term goals
Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and execution through systems, automation, and AI
Systems, Automation & Innovation
Own the lifecycle of core business systems, including selection, implementation, integration, and optimization
Drive system enhancements, automation, and AI initiatives that reduce manual work and improve operational performance
Define and evolve the company's approach to AI, partnering with leadership to identify high-impact use cases and establish a clear adoption roadmap

Advanced understanding of cybersecurity best practices and tools
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
CompTIA Network+ or Security+
Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations
The expected salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
