Manager, Manufacturing Maintenance & Facilities to lead maintenance operations
at our Lawrenceville, Georgia manufacturing facility while providing support and coordination for our Pennsylvania and California sites as needed. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure that support our growing business.

What You'll DoAs the Manager, Manufacturing Maintenance & Facilities, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment, facility infrastructure, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and material handling systems.
- Analyze equipment failures, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance work order systems, maintenance metrics, and asset documentation.
- Oversee facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects.
- Manage maintenance budgets, vendors, contractors, RFQs, purchase orders, and service agreements.
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and EHS teams to support business objectives and maintain a safe working environment.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing support experience.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing maintenance personnel or maintenance operations.
- Strong troubleshooting experience involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and manufacturing equipment systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and CMMS systems.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance budgets, and capital projects.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and manufacturing safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications: - Associate degree, technical certification, or related training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Facilities Management, or similar discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
