Job Summary The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, Lead Nurture, is responsible for maximizing revenue from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's lead database through strategic email marketing. This is a results-driven role where you'll own the lead nurture email program end-to-end-from strategy and segmentation through testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
You'll drive innovation in how we engage leads at scale by building and optimizing lead nurture journeys, using batch and blast programs to test, learn, and identify strategic opportunities. Your testing strategy, audience insights, and optimization recommendations will directly impact conversion and revenue-you'll see the impact of your ideas immediately and own the numbers.

You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing, Reservations and Creative teams to develop lead nurture strategies that drive measurable results. Lifecycle Campaign Strategy, Lead Nurture & Revenue Optimization (Core Responsibility) - Drive the strategic direction of batch-and-blast, lead nurture, and reactivation programs, with a focus on increasing engagement, conversion, and incremental revenue from first-party data.
- Develop quarterly campaign and testing plans for lead nurture, reactivation, and batch-and-blast programs, using performance insights and business priorities to recommend opportunities for optimization and incremental revenue.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve how prospects are nurtured across the consideration journey, including audience segmentation, messaging, cadence, sequencing, offers, and channel strategy.
- Build and maintain a testing roadmap across subject lines, send time, content, messaging, campaign sequencing, audience targeting, offers, and personalization.
- Design tests with clear hypotheses, audience definitions, control and test groups, success metrics, and measurement plans prior to launch.
- Evaluate test and campaign performance, identify meaningful trends and opportunities, and recommend which learnings should be scaled into future programs.
- Expand testing and personalization beyond email as capabilities evolve, including direct mail, paid media, website personalization, and outbound call campaigns.
- Partner with Analytics, Data, Reservations, Brand, Digital, Paid Media, and other cross-functional teams to translate audience insights and business needs into actionable campaign opportunities.
- Partner with the SFMC Analyst to define audience segments, measurement requirements, and technical specifications needed to support campaign and testing strategies.
- Maintain a centralized testing and learning log to document results, winning approaches, and key learnings that can be applied across future campaigns.
- Present campaign performance, test results, key insights, and recommended next steps to Lifecycle leadership and relevant cross-functional partners.
- Continuously optimize lead nurture and reactivation programs based on performance data, testing results, guest behavior, and evolving personalization capabilities.
Competency Education
- BA or equivalent experience required
Experience
- 6 -10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Marketing automation platform and lifecycle marketing experience required
- Lead nurture and/or demand generation experience strongly preferred
- Travel/hospitality industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and testing mindset; ability to design rigorous experiments, interpret data, and calculate statistical significance
- Strategic thinker who can develop comprehensive lead nurture strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ability to create clear, compelling strategic briefs that translate business strategy into creative requirements and messaging direction
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing technologies (SFMC experience a plus); able to partner effectively with SFMC Analyst on technical implementation
- Results-driven mentality-obsessed with revenue impact and driving measurable outcomes
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and tests simultaneously
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Comfortable communicating results and recommendations to leadership partners; able to translate data into clear strategic direction
