Partners with leaders and work centers to assess learning needs and provide consulting on training strategies that improve performance. Aligns learning efforts with large-scale organizational initiatives and implements strategic workforce development and learning programs that maximize impact for employees. Oversees workforce development and learning functions to ensure programs, services and resources support organizational goals, workforce needs, and Talent Management strategies. Job Requirements
Education
Required
• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, business administration, or related field
Preferred
• Master's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies, or related field
Experience
Required
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in learning and development, training, workforce development or related field, including three years designing, delivering, and evaluating large-scale learning programs and workforce development initiatives
• Three years of experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) including systems integration and upgrades
• Three years of experience managing direct reports, external vendors, and consultants
Licenses and Certifications Requirements
• Certification or advanced training in learning and development, human resources, instructional design, workforce development, or related field
• Driver's License from state of residence
