Manager, Integration Services.
WORK SCHEDULE• 100% FTE
• Monday - Friday; Core hours for UW Medicine IT Services are 8:00 - 5:00 (PST)
• Day Shift
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide direction, management, program development, and administration for the UW Medicine's Data Integration strategy, including the strategic and tactical planning, architectural design, capabilities development, implementation, and quality assurance for data integration and interoperability for all critical applications, ancillary systems, and other applications
• Supervise architects, business analysts, developers, software engineers, and third-party consultants, as well as work with a number of matrixed project managers, analysts, and developers from other teams and/or contract employees as determined by need
• Coordinate all project development throughout UW Medicine involving data integration technology initiatives in the following technical domains: Epic Bridges, Infor Cloverleaf, Medical Device Integration, and future application specific data integration middle ware tools
• Establish and productively maintain working relationships with key UW Medicine department leaders and group managers within IT Services
• Lead, organize, and positively influence information technology professionals
• Project management of specific team projects or initiatives as well as producing requirements and functional specifications, developing project plans, managing project teams, mitigating risks, and resolving issues
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience/education
6+ years of Healthcare IT experience must include:• 4+ years' experience with the following:
o Experience with the Cloverleaf interface engine
o Experience with Epic Bridges
o Technical development experience with HL7
o Experience developing appropriate systems and metrics for measuring progress, backlogs, workloads, staffing, and other project resources
o Direct responsibility for leading teams supporting large-scale enterprise customers, both internal and external
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 8 or more people
• Experience managing technology teams in performance turnaround situations
• Demonstrated leadership experience working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment
• Experience establishing systems design and programming standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage issue resolution
Successful candidates will also possess:• Experience Supporting Medical Device Integrations in Epic

Compensation, Benefits and Position DetailsPay Range Minimum:$150,000.00 annual
Pay Range Maximum:$175,008.00 annual
