We are looking for our next Integrated Supply Chain Manager. Could it be you? The Opportunity:The Manager, Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of supply chain activities across demand planning, inventory management, procurement, supplier performance, and distribution along a line of categories for vendor partners. The role ensures product availability, service level attainment, cost control, and operational efficiency while supporting business growth initiatives across the M&M Food Market network. The Manager collaborates closely with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, suppliers, and logistics partners to deliver a dependable, agile, and customer-focused supply chain.

Responsibilities:Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Represent and manage forecasting and replenishment processes to ensure optimal inventory levels to ensure vendor partners (manufactures /distribution), receive timely forecast information.
- Monitor inventory health, stock availability, excess inventory, and service performance.
- Coordinate promotional, seasonal, and new product demand planning activities to ensure products arrive on time into the distribution network.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Lead inventory review meetings and recommend actions to mitigate supply risks.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent product supply and service levels along with sourcing activities, capability assessments, performance management, and issue resolution.
- Supplier negotiations, contract compliance, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
- Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support onboarding new suppliers and product launches.
- Collaborate with Category Management and Product Development teams to prioritize business needs and execute innovation, product development, and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor supplier scorecards and performance metrics, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Monitor packaging, tariff, and freight cost impacts.
- Manage supplier agreements and commercial commitments.
- Track and engage in trade spend and other vendor contributions, to the system (flyer, BGC, convention etc.).

Continuous Improvement
- Lead supply chain improvement projects focused on service, productivity, and cost saving initiatives (CSI).
- Analyze operational KPIs and identify root causes of performance gaps.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Support system enhancements and supply chain technology initiatives.
Food Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support traceability, recall readiness, and supplier compliance programs.
- Participate in business continuity and supply disruption planning.
- Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reporting.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop buyers. planners, analysts, and coordinators.
- Establish performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Own and represent the department in various cross department elements such as reporting, systems, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- SCMP, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional designation is considered an asset.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
- 2-5 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience within food retail, grocery, consumer packaged goods (CPG), distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, supplier management, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
