Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrated experience in Leading Teams (more than 2 years to 5 years).
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management (more than 2 years to 5 years) including, but not limited to:
- Project Scheduling: Create and manage project schedule.
- Project Time Management: Define activities, sequence activities, estimate task resources and duration and develop project schedule.
- Procurement Management: Managing contracts, procurements and vendors, including development of IFB and RFP and evaluation of proposals.
- MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Writing (more than 2 years to 5 years) including, but not limited to:
- Evaluation of written materials and specifications.
- Evaluation of proposals and statements of work.
- Standards and procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), User Guides.
- Statements of Work development.
- Demonstrated experience in both written and verbal communication of information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
